I started seeing Mark for physical therapy early in 2012 for a shoulder problem. The exercises corrected the problem and that is part of my exercise program I do today. But at that time, I was exercising at a gym and over time hurt my elbow and knee. So late in 2012 I started exercising at Fitness4Life Physical Therapy. Mark set a program for me first working on lower body, not body building, but strengthening. He is a stickler for doing each exercise absolutely perfect. That’s the help I needed. No shoulder, elbow or knee pain. Have been doing upper and lower body exercises 4 days a week for many years. Thanks Mark, you’re the best.
